“In Episode 10, we have a six-and-a-half minute seduction/sex scene involving five different characters that is as kinky and subversive and suggestive as any sex scene that you have seen on network television,” he teases. “I would put it as a contender to challenge cable sex scenes — not in terms of the nipple and crack of nakedness — but more in the psychology and sensuality of sex amongst the mad.” But wait, are all five of those people in the same room together? “It depends on how you define room,” replies Fuller, with a chuckle.”—Bryan Fuller [x]
I'm a 16 year old girl & haven't gotten ANY shots / physicals since I was in Kindergarden . I attend public school without my vaccinations etc etc etc and my school allows me to attend with no hesitation. It's my body, my rights. I don't have to put any shit in it that I don't want to. And I'm still very healthy to this day. 5"4 118 lbs.
Ok, y’all need to stop because this is getting embarrassing. I’m starting to lose my temper.
So just because in all your 16 years you have never gotten sick doesn’t mean that vaccines aren’t necessary. I’m 25 and I have never been in a car accident- that doesn’t mean that I don’t have to wear a seatbelt or check my mirrors when I change lanes. Your personal experience- and the experience of any one individual unvaccinated person- DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING. AT ALL. PERIOD. If you weren’t as selfish and clueless as the vibe I’m getting, you’d thank your vaccinated classmates and fellow citizens for your streak of good health. Your height to weight ratio has nothing to do with vaccines or sometimes even if you are healthy, ps.
You don’t wanna put ‘shit’ in your body? Cool. Don’t. But stay the hell away from the doctor’s office or the ER if you or someone in your house comes down with something, because the only way to fix it is to put ‘shit’ in your body to keep you from dying or having chronic life-altering after effects. And obviously the latter isn’t a priority.
Actually… You don’t trust vaccines? Fine! Why stop there! Don’t use inhalers to prevent status asthmaticus, don’t use birth control pills to prevent unwanted pregnancy and help horrific menstrual cramps, don’t use aspirin to help a headache, don’t use chemotherapy to cure cancer, don’t use insulin to keep type 1 diabetics out of fatal comas, don’t use neosporin to keep your skinned knee from getting infected.
Because if you don’t trust the science behind vaccines, why trust the rest of it?
I just realized how fucking disgusting it is that it’s considered healthy and normal for teenage boys to eat everything ever yet teenage girls are obviously also growing but are fucking dieting all the time and shamed for eating while they’re growing
I seriously hate when parents tell their girls to not eat as much even if it’s healthy and they go “you’re eating again??” Like ya bitch learn a health class not a celebrity diet fad article
D. B. Weiss: When Bran touches the weirwood tree he gets a sort of coming attraction of the full breadth and power of the sight that he has. And it’s sort of telling him what’s coming down the road for him once he truly masters this ability. Of course he doesn’t know what they all mean because they’re all mixed and jumbled together. Every image is there for a reason. It does have some bearing on his story specifically and the story in general going forward.
David Benioff: There were certain key images that we really wanted to see. So whether its a shot of Ned Stark in the Black Cells below the Red Keep in the time before his execution that Bran could not have seen, whether it’s a shot of Bran falling from a perspective he could not have seen it. Maybe the most crucial shot to us was the shadow of a dragon flying over King’s Landing. We don’t know yet, is that from the past or the future. We’ll find out. It’s not clear yet. Nor should it be clear to Bran. But the one thing that does make sense is that someone is trying to guide him and that someone is trying to open his eyes to a very specific destination and that’s where he’s gonna find his destiny.
“People everywhere have their differences. In some places, the highborn frown upon those of low birth. In other places, the rape and murder of women and children is considered distasteful. What a fortunate thing for you, former Queen Regent, that your daughter Myrcella has been sent to live in the latter sort of place.”—Prince Oberyn Martell (via shialablunt)
just want to raise a glass for oberyn for being one of the few characters who is actually disgusted and enraged by rape and the rape culture of westeros while being non-white, non-het, and not a huge piece of crap towards bastards and non-noble ppl
“If a Disney princess had night terrors, the story of Sansa Stark might be what woke her up screaming. Often overlooked in favor of her killer kid sister, the elder Stark sibling has had all her illusions about the world, and her safety in it, shattered. But her quiet, innate political shrewdness and emotional strength have enabled her to survive in a royal court that likely would have cost every other member of her family their heads. She’s the show’s best-kept secret.”—Rollingstone about Sansa Stark in their list of top 40 game of thrones characters. Sansa is number 4. x (via tomlincum)
